On Tuesday, Taylor Peters scored the overtime winner against Moose Jaw. But on New Year's Day Peters had an even bigger move, pulling a drowning kayaker out of the freezing Willamette River.
The story has received lots of attention, catch up on the television stories from KATU, KOIN and KGW.
Taylor was also a guest on John Canzano's Bald Faced Truth radio show on 750 AM The Game.
You can also read up on the story in Jim Beseda's game recap from the Oregonian, and Scott Sepich's post on Yahoo!'s Buzzing The Net.
